take chairs by FEB 1st so we can hold meetings there (electricity/lights on 2nd floor, or use 1st floor? keys to get in? MATT/CHRIS coordinate getting in)
karma incubator partner, Mark K. (would be our landlord), passed away suddenly. but, project is still going forward
move in MARCH 1st
plan a layout (sq.ft? what's the footprint?)
- Mark S. wants us to go into the bigger space, 2 doors down, gives us more space/flexibility
- elevator/handicap access?
- roof access for green roof?
- where's the wood shop going?
- 3rd floor possible? (are they willing to move heat to the ceiling & through new walls to lower floors?)
they'd like us to have a bigger space, they want to do a 'cyberjocks' type of thing, and have us run & support it (on our floor)
- dave knows: matt (play & trade owner), matt wants to coordinate w/ (and send clients to) a 'cyberjocks' type of thing
lease agreement (was: 2yr, 500/mo +100/quarter until 800/mo)
work space in basement?
