Member Meeting - February 2011

Agenda:

 Status:
   - waiting for things to happen, no action required, no decisions to make.  
   - Internet connection - few prospects, talking to parties, large build-out cost is a problem
   - March 1st start is delayed due to inspection delay, 2-3 weeks after inspection, possibly mid to  late March.
   - Building is mostly for incubator, we'll be on 3rd floor, no walls (for now) to subdivide space
 Logo:
   - anyone interested can contribute a design, need not be complete or printer-ready
   - they will be collected, voted on and finalized
   - deadline in March
   - hackerspace vs. makerspace vs. Buffalo Lab, all will be accepted
 Finances:
   - some sign-ups in February
   - no exact total, about $400 collected
   - old building, will charge for February (lose security deposit), possible overpaid electric, Matt will negotiate
   - still stuff at old building, monitors, furniture, all up for grabs

 Q&A:
   - Parking, free on street after 5pm, $2 in ramp after 5pm, $4 in adjacent lot
